We Are Pepperell Braiding Company, a manufacturer that makes products
for the craft industry. We also have an industrial division that specializes
in braids, cords and wicks. Our facilities manufacture textiles and plastics.
Our plant in Pepperell, Massachusetts has been in continuous operation since
1917. The majority of our product line is sold through distributors and
retailers.

Resale Certificates must be on file (send via fax to 978-433-9048)
before we can release "dealer costing" on our product line.
Dealer Costing is released to those that have a state resale or
business entity certificate
on file. The sales department has the final say on what pricing is released.
The minimum order is $100.00 Dollars for US and Canadian dealers.
International orders (except Canada) have a $300.00 Dollar minimum.
NET 30 Accounts are for dealers. We will
need a copy of your state resale or business entity certificate, a bank reference and three
credit references. N30 accounts subject to approval of the sales department.
Initial orders require pre-payment prior to shipping.
US Sales Tax is charged to all recipients of our product where we have
sales representatives; unless a state resale certificate is on file. We
need a physical copy (fax is fine) for our records.
Ordering. The best way to order is via SECURE FAX to 978-433-9048.
Electronic data interchange is available. Please call Information Services Department at
800-343-8114 ext 20.
Shipping. The majority of our product line is shipped via United Parcel
Service in the United States and internationally. Shipping costs are based on
product weight, box dimensional size and distance. Extra fees may be
required when shipping internationally to cover the cost of custom forms.
International shipping costs do not cover tariffs, custom fees or taxes.

Commercial Law. We abide by the commercial commerce laws of the United States
when conducting business. We collect state sales tax in states that we have
either distributors or manufacturing reps.
Informational Web Site. This site is provided as an aid to show
retailers, distributors, wholesalers, manufacturing reps, dealers and the
general public a portion of our product line. No warranties or guarantees are implied.
Descriptions, options, terms and conditions are subject to change.
Health and Safety. All plastic products manufactured by Pepperell
Braiding Company are Latex free. This includes the very popular Stretch Magic.
Privacy. We do not sell or lease any personal information. The
information we collect is to complete financial transactions.
